- Red chili flakes – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/8 tsp ( as per your taste)
- Carrots – 2
- Beetroot – 1/2

- Water – 1/4 Cup
- Mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp
- Cream cheese – 2 tbsp ( I chose Jalapeño flavored cream cheese)
- Red chili sauce – 1/2 tsp
- Baking sheet
Start by cutting the tortillas in rectangular shape.
Next we will chop the Carrots, Beetroot and Brussel sprouts into small bits.
Make an olive oil mixture (adding 2 tbsp oil + 1/4 tsp red chili flakes + 1/8 tsp salt) for brushing up the tortillas.
Mix the mayonnaise with cream cheese and red chili sauce for the filling cream.
Put the vegetables In a microwavable bowl, add 1/4 cup of water and microwave them for 3 minutes. Strain them and keep aside.
Heat 1/4 tsp oil in a pan and add the vegetables, from previous step, to it. Add some red chili powder, salt and Indian chaat masala.
Roast this mixture for 5-7 minutes and switch off the flame. Let it sit until it is lukewarm.
Now, preheat your oven on 325 degrees Fahrenheit OR 163 degrees Celsius.
While the oven is being preheated, brush the tortillas with the olive oil mixture prepared earlier.
When the oven is ready, place the brushed tortillas stripes in oven for 5-7 minutes or till they turn to a light golden brown color.
Take out the tortillas strips and let them cool down for 5 minutes.
Wow, you are almost there. Assemble your tortillas strips with cream and veggies filling in layers and your beautiful, crunchy and savory pastry is ready to serve.
